Admissions & Withdrawal — Key Information
We welcome young learners with a transparent admission process and clear guidelines for withdrawal. Please read the steps and required documents carefully before applying.
📝 Admission & Withdrawal
- New admissions are made only to Nursery. Admissions, if any, to other classes will depend on the availability of seats and on the competence of the candidates.
- If the school authorities think it necessary, the candidate will be examined on the syllabus of the class immediately below that to which admission is sought for and will place them in the class he/she is fit for.
- Pupils coming from other schools are required to bring Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate and the original Mark Sheets of the last examination.
- New pupils must be introduced personally by their parents/ guardians who will be responsible for their regularity, conduct and payment of fees.
- A month's notice must be given before a child is withdrawn from the school and all fees must be cleared for the academic year prior to the application for the Transfer Certificate. If the T.C. is taken after the school re-opens the full term fees must be paid even if the student was not attending the school.
- A pupil failing two years in succession in the same class is to discontinue his or her studies in the school.
- School leaving certificate will be issued when all dues have been paid in full and on receipt of a written application from the parent/guardian.
- Leaving certificate can be collected from the school office after two working days of the submission of the application and on payment of Rs.200/-
Admissions for Class XI Arts only after Class X results are declared.
